Recieved an Email today from dev team it looks like they are relaunching Istaria again here is the trailer for it:

I got an emial from Istaria support, titled Istaria: Scourge of the Skulk
is this the same thing?

They've completely renovated the starting zones, all the way from lesser aradoth to dalimond and beyond - all the way to chiconis, maybe eve further, iirc. Plus there's all sorts of new stuff like quests (over 100 new ones, which may be more than was in game before  ).
I'm horribly tempted to give it a go. STO isn't working out for me, though the first major update is due within the next few weeks. I only play WoW because I have friends back home who play, and it's the only way I stay in regular contact. LotRO is IP filtered. Vanguard is, well, vanguard.
I know I'll have all the issues I had before, but still...

With all the remodeling, they'll need their geographical-survey-dragon back. Last I saw, the map pack was still using your maps as a base

mmh last time I tried to play i got bored, I am playing Vanguard again at the moment as I couldnt have fun anywhere else, if some of you resub Hz let me know i ll get back to it but Ishar and KalTorak are on Chaos
